Ravning Enge Lejrplads

The tent site at Ravning Station is adjacent to the disused station building in a former garden surrounded by trees and fences. There are toilets with water here. There is room for two tents. Firewood is filled weekly in the firewood shed, but if you want to be absolutely sure you can have a fire, you must bring your own firewood. In the station building, the history of the Vandelbanen is told. Finds from Ravningbroen, one of the most powerful bridge constructions of the Viking Age, together with the reconstruction of two of Ravningbroen's bridgeheads, help to bring the Viking Age to life right here. You will find a boat bridge at Vejle Å, 400 meters from the square.
