Tent camp
Sose Odde
55.041714, 14.831772 - Open in Google Maps
The overnight site is primitive and is located in part of the parking lot, which is now overgrown with grass. The tent site is located behind a bush and is therefore somewhat sheltered from the wind.
There are very simple facilities such as a campfire site and a fairly flat surface. Please note that the surface is rocky. The grass is mowed once a year, so you can expect long grass for parts of the year. The overnight site is open to everyone, both for overnight stays and for cozying up by the campfire. Use and stay are free.
There is a table and bench set with a sea view next to the parking lot.
The site operates on a first-come, first-served basis. There is room for 3-4 small tents on the site. Two nights are allowed on the site.
You are welcome to light a fire on the existing campfire site. You must bring your own firewood - You *may* not collect wood for the fire in the surrounding forest and scrub, as the surrounding areas are privately owned. Remember to inform yourself about any burning bans. Extinguish the fire thoroughly after you, so that there are no embers left, or stay until the fire has burned out completely.
The nearest toilet and water are at Sose Bugt approx. 1 km away. Follow the coastal path to the west.
There are waste bins at the site - use them - also for any pee paper.
It is not allowed to play loud music or make other noise that bothers animals and other people.
The tent site is located close to the Coastal Path. If you come by car, you can use the parking lot right next to it.
The tent site is delimited by stones, and it is therefore not allowed to camp in the parking lot.
