Tent camp
Teltplads Møllebakken
The tent site is very primitive - there are quite simple facilities such as a campfire and a fairly flat grassy area. The grass is cut 1-2 times a year, so you have to expect that there will be long grass for parts of the year.
The accommodation site is open to everyone, both for overnight stays and for cozying up around the fire. Use and stay are free.
The site operates on a first-come, first-served basis. There is room for 3-4 small tents on the site. Two nights must be spent on the site.
You are welcome to light a fire at existing fire places. You must collect wood for the fire in the surrounding forest and scrub. Remember to inform yourself about any burning ban. Extinguish the fire thoroughly after you so that there are no embers left, or stay until the fire is completely burnt out.
The nearest toilet with water is by the parking road at the Hammershus Visitor Centre, approx. 200 meters away.
It is not allowed to play loud music or make other noise that disturbs animals and other people.
Take trash with you when you leave the site.
The site is located along Højlyngsstien, and is easily accessible for walkers on the path.
