Larskirkedam

The accommodation site is in an open beech forest by the Højlyngsstien.

The site is very primitive and is located directly on the forest floor - there are simple facilities such as a campfire and a fairly flat forest floor. The grass is cut once a year, so you have to expect long grass for parts of the year.

There is room for 2-3 small tents on the site. One night must be spent on the site.

It is permitted to collect dead branches on the forest floor for firewood. Do not break branches of living trees.

Remember to put out the fire THOROUGHLY after you, so that there are no embers left - or stay until the fire is completely burnt out, so that there is no wildfire.

The nearest water point is at the Bats House opposite Sigtevej 14, 3760 Gudhjem.

The nearest toilet is at the Nordhus shelter site near the address Mortingevej 6, 3760 Gudhjem.

If you come by car, you can park in the car park by Borgedalssøen. It is not permitted to drive a car on the dirt roads in the forest.
