The shelter is located in the southwest corner of Grønholt Vang. There is space for approx. 14 people staying overnight. It is permitted to set up a few smaller tents. From Grønholt step board at Grønholtvangen, there is approx. 5 minute walk to the square. There is a small parking space at the entrance to the forest from Grønholtvangen. It must not be driven in forests to the shelter site. You must bring your own water and firewood. It is permitted to collect branches on the forest floor for firewood. The shelter site must be left clean, including the fire pit, and all rubbish must be taken out of the forest. Remember to put out the fire before leaving the shelter site! There is a primitive mud toilet at the square.
