Honningsvampen shelter

The Honningsvampen shelter is located in Danstrup Hegn between Helsingør and Fredensborg. The shelter can accommodate 2 people, maybe 3 if you are close. There is a small campfire and a bench with a nice view over a small lake.

There are no roads or paths the last part of the way to the site, so the shelter must be found using GPS points.

You can get to the shelter using one of the many forest parking lots around Danstrup Hegn, from here there will be a hike of 2 to 4 kilometers. You can also get there by public transport and get off at one of the bus stops on Hornbækvejen, and there will be a hike of 3 to 4 kilometers to the shelter.

There are no toilet facilities at the shelter.
