The primitive accommodation consists of 1 minishelter with a fire pit and a small bench. It is possible to pitch a few smaller tents within 20 meters of the shelter. There is room for 2-3 overnighters in the shelter.

You must bring water and firewood yourself. It is permitted to collect branches on the forest floor for firewood, but no trees may be felled.

The shelter site must be left clean and all rubbish must be taken out of the forest. Remember to put out the fire before leaving the shelter site.

You find the shelter using the GPS points, as there are no markings from the dirt road in the forest.

If you take the public transport, you can take a bus to Kregme (Hillerødvej) or Sportsvej (Hillerødvej), from where there is a 3 to 4 kilometer walk.

If you are driving, you can park close to the shelter, in the forest parking lot on Sonnerupvej, from where it is a 200 to 300 meter walk.
