Midgårdsormen shelter

The name comes from the shelter's crescent shape, reminiscent of the Midgårdsormen, which snakes around the world. There is room for about 21 people to stay overnight. The shelter has a campfire with a barbecue grill. A semicircle of benches surrounds the campfire. The shelter is accessible from Eghjorten via a gravel path. Parking is available in the nature playground's parking lot. You are not allowed to drive all the way to the shelter. There is water, a toilet and firewood at the Nature Playground. The shelter must be left tidy, including the campfire, and all waste must be taken out of the forest. Remember to put out the fire before you leave the shelter!</span>
