Strandmølle Strand, shelter

Especially designed for long-distance kayakers, but everyone is welcome.

In addition to the shelter, there is a campfire site with a grill and a table and bench set.

Toilets are available at a nearby parking lot, 600 meters south on the other side of Strandvejen. **See map. Toilets at Strandmøllekroen cannot be used.**

Use the garbage container located on the grassy area by the beach.

Bring plastic bags to collect your own garbage, toilet paper and wet wipes.

Leave the site cleaned as you wish to find it.

It is permitted to collect small dry wood for use in the campfire ring. The felled trees next to the site are newly felled and therefore not usable as firewood - they just ooze. Alternatively, bring barbecue charcoal.

It may be a good idea to bring a small saw and a small splitting axe as well as firewood. Never saw in living trees!

A few additional tents can be set up at the shelter.

Follow the instructions on the information sign at the campsite.

**Advance booking:** You can book priority accommodation in the shelter.

You can only stay in the shelter for two consecutive nights.

You are only booking the shelter. Others can also use the facilities and pitch a tent on the site and share a campfire.

Bookings can be made no earlier than 3 months before the overnight stay.

When booking, you must use the shelter before 8 p.m., otherwise your priority will be lost.

**Access conditions:** Parking space very close by, at Strandmøllekroen.
