Råen Shelter

Råen shelter is located in Grønholt Vang in a clearing in the beech forest. From the forest road, you follow a small path into the forest that takes you around the shelter site and into the clearing through an opening in the dense beech growth. There is room for about four overnight guests in the shelter.

You may collect firewood from the forest floor or bring your own firewood to the camp site. You may spend a maximum of two nights at a small campsite. Book the site through the Danish Nature Agency's booking system. Remember to put out the fire before you leave the campsite, and take your waste out of the forest!
