Lille Hareskov, lejrplads med shelter på Gisselfeldengen

On the edge between the meadow and the forest is a campsite with a shelter. The shelter has 6 rooms and thus room for 18-24 people. The campsite is located in the northeastern part of the meadow, 300-400 meters from Skovlystvej. There is also a primitive toilet, without water, inside the forest edge. Remember to bring your own toilet paper and wet wipes.

During the summer months, water can be collected from the fire hydrant at Ravnehus (Ravnehusvej 45).

The campsite is intended for larger organized groups, such as associations, schools and institutions.

The site can be booked for overnight stays, but for a maximum of 4 nights. Bookings can be made no earlier than one year before the overnight stay. With a booking, you must use the campsite before 8 p.m., otherwise your priority will lapse.

If the site is not booked, it can be used during the day on a "first come, first served" basis.

You will typically be able to collect some firewood around the site, but if you want to be sure of dry firewood, you should bring your own dry firewood or charcoal. Be careful of the living trees. Remember to put out the fire when you leave it.

Driving a motor vehicle into the site is not permitted and permission cannot be applied for.

There are no garbage cans, so remember to bring a garbage bag for your garbage so that you can take it with you when you leave the site. Leave the site as you wish to find it. Follow the instructions on the information sign at the campsite.
