Shelterpladsen i Alken

On the Common Square in Alken there are three shelters and a barbecue hut.

The common area is located inside the village of Alken. This means that the common area has many neighbors close by, and that it is used by the city's children and other residents for play and socializing both during the day and evening hours.

Outdoor visitors are welcome to spend the night in the three shelters on the Common Square, but tents are not permitted on the common square.

**Facilities:** In the common area there is access to a toilet and cold water.

There is also firewood in a shed close to the toilet. Please note that fires may only be lit at the fire pits at the three shelters. No fires may be lit in the barbecue hut.

One of the three shelters is equipped with a lift, so that it is accessible to people with disabilities.

**Payment:** An overnight stay costs DKK 50 per person. person. Children under six stay free. Payment for accommodation must be made upon arrival at the site. Payment is made via MobilePay to the Alken Citizens' and Activities Association on 55824. For members of the Alken Citizens' and Activities Association, an overnight stay costs DKK 20 per person. night.

**Cars and parking:** Cars may not be driven into the common area. Cars transporting people with a disability, such as wheelchair users, are exempt. Parking is not allowed at or on the Common Square. The nearest car park is at Alken Station. There are approx. 300 meters from Fællespladsen to the station.

**Rules of order:** It is not permitted to set up tents in the common area. Overnight guests must clear away all rubbish on departure. Rubbish bins are set up in the Common Square. For the sake of the neighbors of the Common Square, there must be absolute calm no later than 22:00.

**Booking:** Shelters in Alken cannot be booked.
