The site is approx. 50 m behind the conservancy's service building, where there is both a toilet/water and a board exhibition about the nearby burial ground, which dates from the Stone Age. The site can be used freely without prior booking, and there is space for several smaller tents.

The site is located by the road between Vivild and Fjellerup. There are signs for it at the nearby major roads "Stendysserne".

Good opportunities for trotting in the area.
