Dyrekærhusets shelter

You have the opportunity to spend the night in the open with a look at the stars in Dyrekærhuset's shelter located on the edge of Dyrekærskoven, where there is also a trickling stream.

The nature in the area is hilly and characterized by the forest and field landscape, and close to the house is Tremhøjen at a height of 100 meters, where there is a fantastic view.

At Tremhøj there is an archaeological museum, and just nearby you will also find the visitor garden Den Kreative Have and the Children's Farm.

Dyrekærhuset's shelter works excellently as accommodation on the popular route around Horsens Fjord and Banestien Odder-Horsens.

From the shelter, it is seven kilometers to the Blå-Flag beach Husodde, 10 to the center of Horsens and approx. 8 to the game reserve Nørrestrand.
