Staksrode Skov Teltplads

The site is located on top of a coastal cliff with a view of the sea. Access from the coast is via a steep coastal slope - the site is immediately next to the beach. The site has a fire pit with a grill. If you want to be sure of dry wood, you must bring your own, but it is otherwise permitted to collect wood from the forest floor for use on the campfire. Access from the land side is from the car park at Stenhøj Strand - from here follow the path to the east approx. 500 m to Brandbygade. The site is one of a number of coastal camp sites along the East Jutland fjords and is marked with a pole from the water side. GPS N 55 41.007` E 009 51.98` The tent pitch cannot be booked. Access is on a first-come, first-served basis.
