Shelterplads ved Kældermosen, Hampen sø

The shelter is located with a beautiful view of Kældermose on the south side of Hampen Sø, one of the country's cleanest lakes. The shelter can be booked here on the page. There is room for 4 people.

Near the square there is a fire pit and a forest lodge. There is no drinking water.

It is permitted to collect branches on the forest floor for firewood, but no trees may be felled.

The shelter site must be left clean and all rubbish must be taken out of the forest. Remember to put out the fire before leaving the shelter site!

Fishing is not permitted in Hampen Sø for anyone other than the boat owners. Bathing may only take place from the beaches at the west end and north-west corner of the lake.

**Direction:**

The space can be found by following "Søvej" from the car park between No. Snede and Viborg at the western end of the lake south of the lake and past Søhus. Approx. 900 m after the car park, the accommodation is on the right (south of the forest road). The site can also be found from the Hærvejsruten through Palsgård Skov. Where the route crosses "Palsgårdsvej" turn west. Immediately west of Vester Palsgård (the closed forest museum, formerly skovridergård), follow the road on the right to the north.
