Pilgrimsshelter i Agri

Pilgrimsshelter i Agri

No booking possible. The shelter can be used freely and free of charge by cyclists and hikers. Places are allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis.

The shelter is supervised, as we live right next door. The shelter is located in an apple orchard, in a small village. Parties, noise and drinking are not tolerated. Quiet between 11pm and 6am

Water can be obtained from 'På Toppen-Cafe og Herberg', on the other side of the road. There is an external water tap on the north side of the long road. Alternatively, water can be obtained from the church.

Firewood can (maybe) be purchased from 'På Toppen - Cafe og Herberg'. Alternatively, firewood can usually be purchased at a stall 1 km down Ø. Bakkevej towards Vrinners. Dead branches from felled trees can be freely collected in the goat enclosure. Living trees and bushes are not damaged.

Shopping options are available in Vrinners

The trash cans at 'På Toppen', on the other side of the road are used for waste.

Use the toilet at the church. When using the toilet, bathroom and/or kitchen (open 7am-10pm) in the hostel, a fee of 50 kr per person is charged in the cafe window at 'På Toppen'.

You are welcome to pet the goats in the enclosure. Do not give them processed food and do not enter the enclosure if you see that there are also horses.

Kind regards, Anne Kristine Mouritsen
