Østerskov ved Midtvej

The site is located in Silkeborg Østerskov, on the Århus-Silkeborg hiking route below Karoline Amalies Høj. The site has a campfire site and a compost toilet.

Firewood can be collected from the forest floor. There is no drinking water on the site, but it can be collected during the season at the forest rangers' stations Myrhus (at the north end of Østerskoven) or Borresøhus (at the south end of Østerskoven by Paradisvejen).

The shelter can be booked here on the site.

Booking only gives exclusive rights to the shelter, not to the site's other facilities.
