The site is located at Jagtjunkervej approx. 500 m west of the old forestry farm Stendalgård.

There are parking spaces at the entrances to the forest respectively south (Stendalvej) and east (Papsøvej) of Stendalgård.

The shelter in question, which is located by itself on the eastern side of the square, cannot be booked - here the "first come, first served" principle applies.

There are 4 bookable shelters to the west of the square.

There is water, a packed lunch house, multi toilet and horse harness on the site.
