Lejrplads Stendal Plantage - Shelter nr. 1

Stendal Plantage is located in hilly terrain in an area where the Jutland ridge flattens out towards the former Alhede. The square is surrounded by forest.

**Direction:**

The site is located at Jagtjunkervej approx. 500 m west of the old forestry farm Stendalgård.

There are parking spaces at the entrances to the forest respectively south (Stendalvej) and east (Papsøvej) of Stendalgård.

The shelter is one of 4 bookable shelters on the site.

There is also a non-bookable shelter in the eastern part of the square.

There is water, a packed lunch house with a grill, a fire pit, a multi-purpose toilet with a changing area, tables/bench sets and horse harness on the site.
