The facility (2 shelters 210 cm x 210 cm area with space for some tents) is located in an old gravel pit, where trees, bushes, heather and other things have taken root. There is a small lake.

Located in the Nørreådalen valley and borders the protected Ø-Bakker, which dates back to the ice age.

Scenic area with rich plant, animal and bird life.

Out of consideration for the wildlife, the dog must generally be on a leash unless you have complete control of the dog.
