The shelters in Kongenshus Memorial Park are located in a clearing sheltered by vegetation, and with a nice view over the heath. The 3 shelters provide accommodation for, among other things, cyclists. Pitching tents and fires not allowed, but it is allowed to use Trangia on it. Via route 186 the Skive-Thorning road turn into the Kongenshus Memorial Park at the Kongenshus Hotel. Drive on past the hotel and the Nature Center and approx. 2 km onto the heath to the kiosk.
