Millinge Klint

Millinge Klint

Millinge Klint, with its 7 shelters, a wood-burning sauna and a newly built bonfire, is the absolute top spot in the archipelago for people with a penchant for outdoor life in large settings. The shelter site is located on top of a cliff with a reasonable view of Helnæs Bay. From the cliff down to the water there is a staircase with functional seating where you can enjoy the fine view of Helnæs Bay. The stairs end at the foot of the cliff, and lead into a solid jetty from which you can take a swim. Note that the water at the bathing bridge is shallow and child-friendly. Millinge Klint is run by Faaborg Midtfyn Municipality and Trente Mølle Nature School in collaboration. The site has a total of 33 sleeping places, which are divided into 5 different types of shelters. One with accommodation on 3 floors, one with a viewing platform at the top, all built as part of blue support points in the South Funen Archipelago.
