Shelter1 can be reserved. In addition, the site is free to use, and those using the site must make room for others who come as long as there is space.

Fanø Plantage is also entirely designated as an area with "Free camping". This means that if you comply with certain rules regarding overnight stays, you can pitch your tent and stay overnight without further permission. Read the conditions on the Danish Nature Agency's website - look for "Free camping".

Access to the site is from the parking lot at the end of Fuglekøjevejen.

There is NO firewood on the site. You must bring it with you

There is NO water on the site. You can bring it from the Danish Nature Agency's workshop building at the beginning of Albuevej.

There are NO garbage cans on the site. You are expected to handle your own waste
