Læsø Klitplantage - overnatningsplads Himmerigsvej

Nice overnight spot in a clearing in the forest firewood with a campfire and space for max. 4 tents and good opportunity to hang bunks in the trees right next to the site. There are 2 4-person shelters on the site from 2025. The shelters cannot be booked so they are "first come, first served". It is good practice to move together so there is room for more people. Remember - max. 2 nights in a row on the site.

The site is located in quiet surroundings by the coast and forest. Please consider the wildlife and other forest guests by not making noise, listening to music or having unnecessary light.

There is vulnerable nature in the area - especially the lowland between the forest and the beach. Please follow existing roads/paths via the parking lot to the beach so that no new paths are established through the lowland.

Firewood will not be laid out, but dry branches may be collected on the forest floor for small fires (no high flames). Remember to put out the fire thoroughly after you.

Toilets and drinking water are located approx. 400 meters west in the parking lot at Hvide Bakker at the end of Himmerigvej.

If you come by car, please also park in the parking lot at Hvide Bakker - no cars are allowed to enter the site.
