Rold Skov, Flyverplads, primitiv overnatningsplads

The primitive overnight site is located in an old deciduous forest in a clearing close to Store Økssø, approx. 500 m from parking. Follow the asphalt road 100 m up the hill from the parking lot at Mosskovpavillionen. At the top of the hill, a forest road enters to the right (to the southeast). A sign refers to the square, which can be found approx. 300 m down the forest road. The site is marked with a red pole with a pictogram.

There is a fire pit on site and a table/bench set.

Do not confuse the overnight site with the campfire site further down the tarmac road.
