By following the paths in the forest you will reach the Møllegårdsskoven shelter site. The site is located in a natural area close to the city on the outskirts of Aarup and an oak forest.

The site consists of a shelter with an accompanying campfire area and table and bench set, so there is ample opportunity to cook over a campfire.

If there is firewood in the firewood shed, you are welcome to use it in limited quantities. It costs 20 DKK, which can be paid via MobilePay no. **878 119**. Firewood is only laid out occasionally, so if you want to be sure you can light a fire, bring your own firewood. Of course, no trees or bushes may be cut or felled on the site.

The area is hilly with forest and open pastures where cattle graze. Here you can take family and friends on a discovery tour of the forest, go for long walks and visit the nearby playground. There are several viewpoints in the area with benches where you can enjoy the view.

Dogs must be kept on a leash. However, there is a dog park at the southern end of the forest, where dogs are allowed to run loose - but under full control.
