Hørhaven Stranden

The site is located on the shore of Tystrup Lake on Hørhavenæsset. It is possible to get to the site via canoe/kayak from Tystrup Lake. The site consists of a lower part right down by the lake and an upper part up over a small slope. There is a campfire, but remember to bring your own firewood. There is NO firewood on the site. IT IS FORBIDDEN to enter private land and cut trees.

There is also a compost toilet on the site. Water can be collected 300 m from the site and 500 m away there is a WC with a drain and flush.

Remember to use the site on nature's terms and be considerate of both wildlife and neighbors. Therefore, it is not allowed to use soundboxes and other speakers. Instead, listen to the sounds of nature or bring your guitar to the campfire. The site cannot be booked. It is a drop-in site, and if it is fully occupied, please refer to *Hørhavegaard tent site*.
