Vestermose Natur- og Idrætsfriskoles shelterby

The site consists of 3 shelters and 1 'sunrise shelter' located slightly from the other 3, as well as a large fire pit. The 'Shelterbyen' is located on a small school forest and is therefore sheltered from the wind. There is room for 20 people.

The site is disabled-friendly, it is possible to get to and from the shelters in a wheelchair. Contact the school before visiting, as "helper ropes" must be fitted before use. However, the site is without a lifting and hoisting device.

There are benches around the fire pit, as well as a table/bench set by the site.

Toilet facilities and water are available in the school yard.

Firewood must be brought.

Remember to take your own waste with you after use.

It is permitted to use the school's playgrounds and sports field, however taking into account school and sports activities.

The place must be reserved. Contact the school office to pick up the key to the toilet and water, between 9.00-14.00 on weekdays (29343432). The space can only be booked on weekends and school holidays, if there are school events, these always have first priority.
