Unfortunately, sleeping under the starry sky is rarely possible in Germany. So be happy about this trekking site set up by the Franconian Forest very close to the famous Rennsteig. Here you will find space for about one tent each on two wooden platforms and floor space for two more tents, a fireplace with benches, firewood storage, an outdoor toilet and a water barrel with service water. Bring your own drinking water and toilet paper.
