here is a source, water comes out of a little pipe. not sure if it is always available and the last time i was there it flowed quite slowly, so it takes some time before a bottle is filled, but i drank this water a few times and it tasted fresh. you have to follow the forest road uphill for a short while, then a small path to the left leads to the water source. it is visible on the map and I think there is a sign or a mark on a tree.
