A nice little hut with a view over the Harz. The hut was in good condition when I visited, in summer 2023. There was only one small illegal fireplace to complain about. It really doesn't have to be like making an open fire in the forest. Apart from the hut and around 8 square meters of rubble ground, there are no facilities or water. Which isn't a problem. After all, in the best case scenario, you have everything with you. 😊
